Your ScholarOne Profile
Contact Information
To update your contact information or your login and password:
- Click the downward-facing arrow symbol next to your name at the very top of any page on our ScholarOne site.
- Make the appropriate selection from the drop down menu:
- When you are finished updating your profile, you must click through to the “User ID & Password” page and click “Finish.”
Profile Keywords
Keeping your profile keywords up to date helps our editors match submissions with reviewer expertise and interests.
Please see our complete lists of keywords (revised in January 2021).
You may select up to two keywords in the Article Type (see criteria used to evaluate each article type) and Basic Disciplines categories, and up to five keywords in each of the other categories.
To add or change keywords:
- Click the downward-facing arrow symbol next to your name at the very top of any page on our ScholarOne site.
- Select “”User ID & Password” from the drop down menu.
- Click the “+ Show Full List” button to see the list in each category.
- Select a keyword from the list (to select multiple keywords from a list, press the CTRL button on your keyboard and click)
- Click the “+ Add from List” button.
- When you are finished updating your profile, click “Finish.”
Unavailable Dates
If you are planning on being unavailable for a period of time, you may enter the dates in your profile:
- Click the downward-facing arrow symbol next to your name at the very top of any page on our ScholarOne site.
- Select “User ID & Password” from the drop down menu.
- Scroll down to the “Unavailable Dates” section near the bottom of the page.
- Enter your unavailable dates.
- When you are finished updating your profile, click “Finish.”
